Photo Booth Mac

Badass photo booth that any Mac geek would swoon over.

What’s the best part about someone who looks at about 40 wedding blogs a week? They can sift through the annoying stuff* and bring you best of the web. That’s exactly what I aim to do.

*Lets get one thing straight. I know I’ll garner flack for this but I hate engagement shoots. They rarely offer any inspiration, take up way too much space on blogs, and are just a photographer tooting his or her own horn. I really have no interest in seeing 30 photos of people I don’t know lying around in the woods and eating cupcakes. *rant over*

  1. Totally awesome homemade “Will you be my bridesmaid?” baskets complete with homemade peach vodka, touching video, and bridesmaid dress up paper dolls! Super cool idea. – Weddingbee
  2. Good DIY on a clothespin cake topper that normally sets you back $150 – The Budget Savy Bride
  3. Looking to give money as a gift? Here’s a fun take on that. – Cap Classique
  4. Instead of tags or chalkboard paint, use grease pencils to mark glasses. The scientist in me really appreciates this. – Givers Log
  5. Make impressive paper anemones – I Do It Yourself
  6. FREE ornate wedding clip art – Just Something I Made

The Lighter Side of Weddings:

  3. A very beautiful wedding that incorporates a lot of things I love. The best part is 1/2 way down the page where you see their amazing guest book painting. – 100 Layer Cake

  1. The only exception to my engagement photo styled shoot: Old people in love. Brings a tear to my eye. This wasn’t a recent post, but a great one. – Style Me Pretty
  2. Food for thought – Unplugged weddings. I think this is a fabulous idea and I will likely implement it. Who wants a picture of their wedding ceremony where the guest all look like one-eyed cyborgs? – Offbeat Bride
