There is a reason why they call it Garden of the Gods. The incredible formations and the juxtaposition of red rock and greenery feels as thought it was purposely cultivated on a giant scale. Garden of the Gods is Colorado’s mini-Moab. In addition to the scenic views and fun rock formations, the park is free because it was donated by the original owner. It’s something every Coloradan has to see. If you do some scouting, you will find tons of balanced rocks, bridges, etc. in the beautiful hue of red for which Colorado was named.
